Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna and Tapsee's upcoming movie 'Gundello Godari' is completely based on a book written by Mullapudi Venkata Ramana late. As per the reports recived to timesofap.com Reportedly, producer Manchu Lakshmi liked the book penned by Mullapudi and long back Approached him for the rights.
But, to her surprise, Mullapudi Said That the book was already sold to PVS Rama Rao. Later, Lakshmi Manchu has Approached Rama Rao and procured the rights of the book and made 'Gundello Godari'. No doubt Lakshmi Manchu needs appreciation for buying the rights Unlike some other film makers who copy heavily from Hollywood movies and does not even care to give credits to the original ones.
